Byerly RV is proud to have the largest dedicated RV service facility in the St. Louis area. With 16 full-sized service bays, dedicated wood and metal shops, and a giant warehouse of parts, state-of-the-art equipment, and a team of certified technicians, we’re equipped to handle everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs. Our spacious facility allows us to work on more RVs at once, meaning faster turnaround times and greater convenience for our customers.
We could not be happier with our experience at Byerly RV! We drove more than 500 miles from Wisconsin because they had the Motorhome we wanted. Next time we will look at Byerly first and make the drive because of the way we were treated. It has been more than a month since our purchase and everything has been taken care of as expected. We just returned from a trip out west and we are delighted we made our purchase at Byerly.
A big shout out to Barb in the service department. We had a few minor repairs and she was always attentive and listened to our concerns and got us back on the road to camping in record time. We needed some warranty work done on our Chaparral. I would like to specifically mention Nicole, Barb and Jan for their effort to correctly identify with us what needed to be done, driving the warranty request and providing frequent and meaningful updates. They make us feel like family. They are the dream team and I am happy to have them on our side.
