Technical Support
Speak directly with RVIA/RVDA and ASE Certified Technicians who provide 24/7 troubleshooting assistance for operational issues.
If roadside assistance is required, SafeRide’s nationwide network dispatches qualified providers equipped to handle the unique size and complexity of RVs.
Emergency Roadside Assistance
Coverage includes essential services for both your RV and eligible household drivers:
Towing
Transportation of your disabled RV to the nearest qualified repair facility.
Jump-Starts
Battery boost service or towing if necessary.
Tire Assistance
Flat tire changes using your mounted spare
Delivery of a comparable replacement tire if needed
One replacement tire covered per 12-month term if no spare is available
(Customer responsible for mounting, balancing, alignment, and related repair costs.)
Fuel & Emergency Fluids Delivery
Delivery of fuel, oil, or water as needed. (Cost of fluids not included.)
Locksmith / Lockout Service
Vehicle lockout assistance and locksmith services. (Customer responsible for related repair costs.)
Key Replacement
Up to one key/fob replacement per 12 months (maximum $500 benefit).
Winch-Out Service
Extraction of your RV from accessible maintained roads or highways.
MOBILE MECHANIC SERVICES
If your RV becomes mechanically disabled, a mobile mechanic can be dispatched directly to your location.
(Customer responsible for all on-site repair costs, including parts and labor.)

Trip Interruption Coverage
If your RV breaks down more than 100 miles from home and requires repairs at a licensed facility, you may be reimbursed for lodging and meals up to the program limits while repairs are completed.
