Pick ups are scheduled between 12:30pm and 4:00pm. They're scheduled in the afternoon because drop offs are at 10:00am. We need the time to make sure each unit is prepped and cleaned for the next customer. The pick up and drop off days are not billed as two separate days but as one day

How is insurance handled?
For motorhome rentals you can either insure the vehicle with your auto insurance if a rented motorhome is covered under your policy. Or you can purchase insurance from MBA Insurance for between $17-$22/day.
For travel trailer and pop up rentals, comprehensive and collision insurance is included with a $500 deductible. The renter must provide liability since the trailer is being pulled by their vehicle.

Sales tax is added on top of the rental rate. If you need additional miles above the free mileage allowed then that would be extra. Insurance must be purchased extra if your auto insurance does not extend to a rental motorhome (travel trailers and pop-up insurance is included in the price). There are no standard additional prep fees, we include prep in the price. We give you the rental unit clean and full of gas. Provided you return it in the same condition, there are no additional charges.
