Several things come to mind when I think of Byerly RV and have culminated in the completion of this purchase:

-Certainly the friendliness, knowledge, attentiveness, courtesy and follow-up by our salesman, Nick Kiser, tops the list. We have now purchased two motorhomes from Nick since we first contacted Byerly in 2008.

-The top quality service staff is another reason that we have come back to Byerly. Whether it is Rick installing complicated electronics or Laura helping me with warranty issues, Byerly is top notch. Their service after the sale is outstanding.

-Tiffin builds a fine coach, with state of the art design and quality. It is very clear to us when we compare our first coach to the Phaeton that this motorhome is far superior.

-Byerly has an outstanding parts and acsessories dept. They provide their parts at costs that are very competitive with internet pricing.

-Lastly, we feel that we as customers are important to Byerly and are treated almost like family. This is important to us and we appreciate the staff's efforts to go out of their way to make the buying experience an enjoyable one.
